Is my booking immediate once I place my order?
No. We first double-check availability with the trip operator before confirming each booking. The reason is simple: the liveaboard industry is still a cottage industry at this point. Most trip operators are small companies and still operate off-line booking systems. As a result, online agencies like us find it hard to obtain real time availability data or live inventory. But we want to be 100% sure that the trip you are interested in is available.

Different cancellation policies may apply to each reservation. The Service Provider will clearly set out their cancellation policy in the Service Provider Terms. And for each reservation the guest needs to agree with the specific booking conditions provided by the Service Provider. Users making the payments within 24 hours after receiving confirmation e-mails from our site are entitled to the privilege of canceling their reservations and getting full refund during 48 hours free cancellation period starting from the moment the payments were made. Please note in case of any amendment and cancellation with refund, the users shall bear all transition fees applied.

After submitting your booking request, you will receive our confirmation email with a payment link within 72 hours, which means your reservation has been confirmed by service provider. Your are required to finish the payment within 72 hours after receiving the confirmation email. If you make the payment within 24 hours after receiving confirmation email, you are entitled to enjoy our 48 hours free cancellation policy.
