Built in 2017, KLM Maipa Deapati is an Indonesian phinisi buginese schooner made of iron wood. She measures 32.5-meter long and 5.9-meter wide. A total of 6 cabins can accommodate a maximum of 16 people. She sails around the Komodo National Park, Banda Sea, Ambon, Alor, Maumere, Raja Ampat, Wakatobi, Takabonerate and other area. Enjoy the island hopping, snorkeling, and scuba diving while you explore the wonderland of Indonesia.
All of the double bed cabins are with air conditioning and ensuite bathroom. Warm water showers and daily housekeeping service are provided. Western food and local cuisine are served in buffet style, with vegetarian options available. Water, tea, coffee, beer, and snacks are offered. Social areas include the sun deck and the dining room. You could dine outdoor as well if you prefer the breeze. The indoor lounge is equipped with audio & video entertainment.
For divers, there is a dedicated dive deck, charging stations, and gear rental. Dive activities can be done via a tender as well. KLM Maipa Deapati travels Komodo National Park between June and September, Banda Sea in October and November, Raja Ampat from December to April, and Wakatobi in May.
